We operate as an independent UK sole-trader business and are not currently VAT registered under HMRC thresholds. This means the quoted price is your final price — strictly no VAT will ever be added at checkout or invoiced.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard unprinted clamshells and kraft boxes, our MOQ is just 1 single outer case (typically 500 units). For custom branded printed boxes, production starts at 1,000 units.
Are your burger boxes greaseproof and leak-resistant?
Yes. All boxes feature a specialized food-grade barrier that resists grease, melted cheese, and sauces without the use of unrecyclable plastic PE films.
Can I request physical box samples before placing a pallet order?
Absolutely. We encourage all commercial kitchens to test bun and patty fit. Submit a quote request specifying "Sample Box" and we will dispatch a sample pack.
Can I mix box sizes in one order?
